Yes. CLRG Learning Pass is designed primarily as a live, interactive learning experience, and participants should plan to attend scheduled sessions in real time whenever possible.However, CLRG recognizes that scheduling conflicts or unexpected circumstances may occur. CLRG plans to record each Learning Pass session primarily for internal assessment and quality assurance purposes. When appropriate, recordings may also be made available to eligible participants.Recordings will be available within approximately seven (7) days after the session, once CLRG has completed its internal review and confirmed that the recording is suitable for viewing.To request access to a recording, the employer’s designated Learning Pass liaison must submit a request to CLRG via email. Recording access is subject to CLRG approval and applicable membership terms.

Missed participant attendance does not reduce the employer's membership obligation or automatically generate a credit.Because Learning Pass provides access to a recurring schedule of professional development opportunities, participants are encouraged to register in advance and attend the sessions most relevant to their development needs.
