Cancellations and Substitutions:

You can cancel your registration up to 10 business days before the program. We will refund your tuition less a $10 cancellation fee. Substitutions may be made at any time within 12 months of your original registration. Substitutions can only be applied to training sessions of equivalent value.  Note: If you do not cancel and do not attend, you are still responsible for payment.
