General Attendance Policy

By registering for a C. L. Russell Group, Corp (CLRG) workshop, participants agree to the following terms:

• Full Payment Required: Registration is confirmed only upon receipt of full payment.

• Arrival Time: Participants are expected to arrive on time. Late arrivals may miss critical content and will not receive additional instruction time.

• Participation Expectation: This is an interactive training experience. Participants are expected to engage in discussions, activities, and exercises.

• Professional Conduct: CLRG maintains a professional learning environment. Disruptive or inappropriate behavior may result in removal from the workshop without credit or exchange.

• Materials & Access: All workshop materials provided are for individual use only and may not be reproduced, distributed, or shared without written consent from CLRG.

• Schedule Changes: CLRG reserves the right to adjust the schedule, location, or facilitator if necessary. Participants will be notified of any changes in advance when possible.

Cancellation & Refund Policy

• No Refunds: All workshop registrations are non-refundable.

• Exchange Policy: If you are unable to attend, you may request a one-time transfer to another CLRG workshop:

  • Must be requested prior to the scheduled workshop date

  • Must be used within 60 days of the original workshop date

• No-Show Policy: Participants who do not attend and do not request a transfer in advance will forfeit their registration.

Transfer Policy

• Registrations are transferable to another participant within your organization.

• Transfer requests must be submitted at least 24 hours prior to the workshop.

Force Majeure / CLRG Cancellation

If CLRG cancels or reschedules a workshop due to unforeseen circumstances:

• Participants will be offered the option to:

  • Transfer to a future session, or

  • Receive a full credit toward another CLRG workshop
