CLRG Partners with Virginia Beach Public Schools Adult Learning Center

From Virginia Beach Roots to Community Impact: Empowering Individuals Through Personal Development and Entrepreneurship

Virginia Beach, VA | September 2026 — C. L. Russell Group (CLRG) proudly announces its partnership with the Virginia Beach City Public Schools Adult Learning Center to deliver professional and personal development programs designed to empower individuals, strengthen communities, and create pathways to economic opportunity.

Through this collaboration, CLRG is introducing two interactive learning programs: Become the CEO of Your Life, launched September 14, 2026, and Monetize Your Skills: Turn Your Hobby Into Income, scheduled to begin October 5, 2026.

These programs equip adult learners with practical strategies to strengthen personal leadership, establish meaningful goals, explore entrepreneurship, and transform their talents and interests into potential income-generating opportunities.

For CLRG Founder and CEO Connie Russell, a Virginia Beach native and U.S. Navy veteran, the partnership represents a meaningful opportunity to give back to the community where her journey began.

“Virginia Beach will always be home, and it is especially meaningful to return to my roots through a partnership that empowers others,” said Connie Russell, CEO and Founder of CLRG. “Our goal is to help individuals recognize their potential, take ownership of their future, and turn their aspirations into opportunities for personal and professional success.”

This partnership further reflects CLRG's commitment to expanding access to meaningful education, supporting lifelong learning, and helping individuals and communities thrive.
